Managing Director
Fayez Samb has over 25 years' experience in the insurance industry. Throughout his career, he has held various positions with insurance companies and brokers, including Zurich Insurance, Generali France, Gras Savoye (now Willis Towers Watson) and Ascoma.
Having begun his career as an insurance writer, Fayez will successively hold the positions of Inspector-Auditor then General Manager of Gras Savoye in Mali (2006-2009) then Cameroon (2009-2018) and Gras Savoye Cameroon (2018-2021).
In 2021, he joined the broker Ascoma as Branch and Area Director (Senegal-Mali-Mauritania-Guinea).
In addition to his professional activities, Fayez is involved in community life and has held the positions of President of the Cercle d'Affaires Français au Cameroun (2016-2021), Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur/CCE (2012 to 2014) and Director of Eurocham (European Chamber of Commerce in Senegal).
In 2023, he was accepted into the citizens' reserve of the French Elements in Senegal at the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel “Ad Honores”.
Fayez Samb is the author of several comic strip publications.
