Maurice began his career in insurance at UAP in 1992 in Paris, as Commercial Inspector. In 1994, he joined Abeille Vie where he held the position of Head of Commercial Animation for the Paris and Ile de France region. In 1995, he became Sales Director for Abeille Vie's Organization and Wealth Management network. Abeille Vie becomes AVIVA and in 1999, Maurice is appointed Director of Regional Management Paris Ile de France. He then became General Manager of Médéric Conseil, a subsidiary of Aviva and Médéric that he founded and managed from 1999 to 2011. After a stint as a Consultant for a Micro Insurance Institute (MIIR), he joined Gras Savoye International in 2012 to pilot the subsidiary Gras Savoye Algeria. In addition to his career, Maurice taught at the Ecole Nationale d'Assurance Paris from 2006 to 2018. An economist by training, he holds a DEA in Economics and Finance completed by an MBA in Insurance Business Management.
